How to get participants into your reinforcement program.

There are two ways to invite participants to a Reinforcement Program.

Via Email

Upload the participants’ information upfront with all attributes such as region, job type, and department in the system. Set a specific date and time for the email invitation to be sent. The system will send an email with a login function for the selected reinforcement program. The participant will receive a personalized email and can start their reinforcement program.

Via Code

Create a specific code in the system for the Reinforcement Program. You can distribute this code to the participant(s) via a printed code on training materials, an email, or during your live training. The participant downloads the app and logs in with the code. The program will start directly or at a specific date that was set while creating the code.
