Steps to create a Behavioral Assessment to use as a pulse check to gauge learner sentiment and understanding of specific topics over time.

1. Navigate to Learning Journeys Menu

   1. Click Learning Journeys on your menu bar.
      
      

2. Add New

   1. Navigate to the desired Learning Journey. Click the Add New button next to the Edit button. Select Behavioral Assessment from the dropdown menu. 
      
      

3. Add Title

   1. Under the Content section, enter a Title and short Description for the Behavioral Assessment(required).
      
      

4. Rating Scale (default)

   1. Select the Rating Scale that will be used as the default for all rating scale questions used in this assessment. This can be changed when creating rating scale mindmarkers.  
   2. Frequency is the default rating scale; use the drop-down box to select a different default scale. 
      
      

5. Click Save

   1. Once all required fields are complete, click the Save button to apply the changes and add the Behavioral Assessment.
      
      
      
      
   2. A pop-up message will appear confirming the creation of the new Behavioral Assessment program.
