Steps to generate a new program with MM-Assist

1. Navigate to Learning Journeys Menu

2. Click Generate program

a. Navigate to the desired Learning Journey. Click the Generate Programs button.

3. Create Programs

a. There will be a form to create a program that asks you how many scheduled programs you want to make. Complete the fields that are required:

1. How many scheduled programs?
   • This determines the number of Push Mindmarkers generated for the program. The minimum quantity is 2 for generating Push Mindmarkers.
2. Average duration of Scheduled programs
   • This determines how long the program will run.
3. How many Self-Directed programs?
   • This decides the number of self directed programs to be generated in the program.

4. Click save

a. When you’re done, click the Save button to apply the changes and MM-Assist will generate the program to the Learning Journey.

b. A pop-up message will appear confirming that the MM-Assist has successfully generated programs to the learning journey.

Notes:

• MM-Assist can be used to build multiple Scheduled and Self Directed programs simultaneously at the beginning.
• The program will no longer display “Generate Program” when it has successfully generated.
• Behavioral Assessment and Knowledge Assessment programs can be created manually.
