“We’re pleased to share our latest product update. Building on the success of 2024, this release introduces new features designed to deliver even more value in 2025. Below is a summary of the upcoming enhancements—we look forward to your feedback.”
This release introduces a new 360 Evaluation feature designed to provide learners with a well-rounded view of their strengths, weaknesses, and development gaps. This tool facilitates a comprehensive feedback process by incorporating input from leaders, peers, and direct reports, fostering self-awareness and targeted growth.
Let’s see the developed features for the admins that are available while creating the program. These are available under the Learning Journey Level.
Under Program details, you will get two tabs that need to be filled out:

This tab includes demographic information about the participants in the system. Admin can use the data in the future and modify and compare the reports for their future reference. This tab includes the data as:

After completing the first iteration, you can choose how you want to reinvite participants:

This determines the number of iterations to be set for the evaluation by the evaluators.

This determines the frequency of evaluation. You can always set the recurring frequency within the range given in the system.

It means the Evaluation period will be automatically closed after the selected days.

This component has predefined personas whom you can add to the program as an evaluator. The options are Self, Manager, Direct Report, and Peer. Self is a default evaluator.

Since the Evaluation program is created to evaluate the participants so it is likely to have a likert based mindmarkers. You can always choose different types of rating scale options, which are already built.

Let’s look at the features available at the Program level. These features become accessible once the Learning Journey is created and during the Program creation process.
Now you don’t need to switch back and forth to check the order or appearance of a Mindmarker. With this new feature, you can see changes happen in real time while editing. The existing Mindmarkers appear on one side of the screen, while the editing panel is displayed on the other.

The Switch Mindmarker option allows you to change the type of an already created Mindmarker.

Each persona requires a separate description to be filled out. You may provide instructions and details in a different context, which will help evaluators better understand the scenario and make the participant evaluation process smoother.

The preview includes separate tabs for each persona. You can view the program from the perspective of a participant, manager, direct report, and peer.

Note: Various preview tabs are provided while creating or editing the mindmarker.
You can invite the participants to other programs. Either invite from New/Existing or Bulk.
Admin cannot invite the other evaluators from the admin portal. It is created in such a way that only the Self-Evaluator can invite other evaluators to evaluate through the learner portal.
Section is a type of new mindmarker which is created under the new program type- Evaluation Program. The Section type mindmarker is created in a way that can be placed in the middle of the program, and it segregates the set of other questions.
The Analytics module provides deeper insights into usage trends and performance metrics. Let’s see its components:
Two new segments have been introduced under Analytics, and these are:

The summary shows analysis across all of the evaluators, like Self/Direct Report/Manager/Peer.

The participant list can be seen under participation, with their status and the number of evaluators they have invited.

Under the Response tab, you can see the recorded responses for the self-evaluator and the other evaluators, like Manager, Direct Report, and Peer, for the Open Response type mindmarkers.

You can see the competency scores for all of the evaluators under the Objective tab.

It measures alignment and gaps in perception based on the Objective understanding, which can indicate strengths, areas for improvement, and blind spots.

High-Lows segment shows you the 5 highly scored and 5 least scored questions.
It analyzes the pattern on the basis of similar highly rated and least rated questions, which can be an opportunity to understand in which area the self-evaluator needs help.

You can see all of the analysis under the report segment with analytical graphs. It can be downloaded as well.
Note: All of the Analytics tabs are available under Aggregate and every iteration.
Home screen:
Our team has designed an intuitive and visually distinct UI for the Evaluation Program. Unlike other programs, the Evaluation Program features a yellow screen theme to help it stand out and be easily recognisable. It includes:

Dashboard Screen:
The dashboard screen allows you to see the program information, such as:

Invite Evaluator:
This feature is built for the Self-Evaluator only, who can invite other evaluators to the program to evaluate their performance and knowledge. There are two ways an evaluator can be invited:

Stop Evaluator:
This feature allows the Self-Evaluator to stop any ongoing evaluation. It is available under Evaluator → Current Cycle.
Please note, this option is not available for programs where the evaluation has already been completed.

Your experience with the Mindmarker platform is of the utmost importance to us. In that spirit, welcome to Mindmarker Product News—a monthly rundown where we’ll give you details about the latest updates to the platform and more.
We’re excited to announce the launch of the Coach Module, a new feature designed to empower coaches and program facilitators with tools that streamline their workflow and improve the learning experience for participants. This new module helps bridge the communication gap between coaches and learners while automating many time-consuming tasks.
The Coach Module provides flexibility and control, allowing coaches to manage participants’ progress, nudge those who need extra motivation, and provide real-time feedback. Here’s an overview of the new features and how they can help both coaches and participants succeed.
We’ve introduced two new user roles: Coach and Reseller Coach. These roles can be assigned alongside any other predefined roles, giving you greater flexibility in managing users.
Coaches can now be assigned to specific programs and groups within a learning journey. A coach can be assigned to only one group at a time, but they can manage multiple programs within that learning journey.

Note: Click here to learn how to assign a coach to a program
The Nudge feature allows coaches to send personalized messages to participants who are inactive or falling behind. Coaches can motivate these participants by sending a customized push, helping them re-engage and stay on track with their training.
You can access this feature from the Program Analytics section, under the Participation tab. Simply select a participant, click “Nudge,” type your message, and send it. The message will appear on the participant’s dashboard.

Note: Click here to learn how to nudge a participant
The Grade Response feature allows coaches to manually score Open Responses and Learner Uploads. Since the system may not always recognize alternate answers or variations of keywords, coaches can review participant submissions and assign scores as needed.
Additionally, coaches can provide feedback directly to participants based on their responses. Once grading is complete, the system will display a green check mark to indicate the task is finished. A purple check mark means grading is still pending.

Note: Click here to learn how to grade and provide feedback
The Coach Dashboard provides a dynamic view of each participant’s progress. Coaches can track participants across four key segments:
Participants who have not started: Quickly identify participants who haven’t begun the program.
Participants who are on track: See which learners are progressing as expected.
Program Overview: Get insights into overall participant performance.
Program details: Identify where participants are struggling by reviewing their responses.

The My Tasks section of the dashboard helps coaches stay organized by listing all of their outstanding tasks. This includes:

1. Receive feedback from their coach on their answers Knowledge Checks, Open Response and Learner Upload.
This feature has been developed for both coaches and participants where coaches send feedback to participants on their Knowledge checks, Open responses and Learner upload type mindmarkers and that participant can see those feedbacks on their dashboard at program level.
The unread message icon appears on the program and participants can read those nudges from the feedback tab.

2. Receive nudges when falling behind
Again the feature developed for both, the coach and the participant, where the coach can send nudges to participants who are falling behind. And the participants receive those nudges through email and message notification. This feature helps participants get motivated and come back on the track towards completing the training.
Benefits for Coaches and Facilitators
The Coach Module is currently in Beta and is available for free to all customers who wish to participate. To request access, simply reach out to our support team at Support Mindmarker.
We hope these new features make your coaching experience more effective and efficient. Stay tuned for more updates, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance in getting started with the Coach Module!
